Position Overview :
ELCO Lighting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Order Fulfillment and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our orders are completed and shipped on time and identifying ways to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment and project completion
- Assist sales managers with their day-to-day needs
- Identify gaps in processes and implement improvements
- Conduct Gemba walks to observe and assess operations for efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues delaying order shipments
- Maintain an organized workflow and keep orders on track
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in process improvement and order management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- College degree required
- Bilingual, English / Spanish is a plus
Pay Range : $18 - $28 per hour
