HOMEPLACE MANOR HEALTHCARE CENTER, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility located in a charming small town, seeks a full time Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy program.
We seek an SLP who is passionate about delivering the best possible care for our patients and residents. We see a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and are seeking a clinician who loves to create and implement programs to address these conditions.
We are already running Montessori Memory Care and Sensory Focus programs and will provide training. We have excellent nursing care in this facility and offer amazing support and the opportunity to build a program you can be proud of.
