Familiar with ticketing system (ServiceNow) but as long as they know the documentation side of it is what's important.
Basic networking - they need to use the right terminology for technology
MUST HAVE GREAT Soft Skills - this is the kicker on this role.
They work with high level -Sr. VPs / VPs and a top producer in the CO market and they have to have that good bedside manner type characteristics.
High touch area - strong backbone required - needs to know how to say know and when it's appropriate to say no and again deliver it politely.
