We are seeking an Associate Dental Provider Network Manager candidate to work remotely from
Northeast / Central East FLORIDA!
Ideal candidates will reside in Duval, Lake, or Volusia Counties. (Local Candidates Only, Please!)
The Associate Dental Provider Network Manager will work closely with the Network Managers and Provider Relations Management team and will be responsible for developing a strong provider network, recruiting, and retaining network providers, and educating provider to ensure compliance with LIBERTY’s policies and procedures.
This position requires the ability to travel in the course of work. Responsibilities and Skills expectations are set at the Entry Level for this position unless otherwise noted.
Job Summary Details
- Recruit General Dentists and Specialists for various networks as assigned to meet objective at department and corporate levels
- Review competitor information and propose strategies to meet recruitment needs
- Analyze existing network and determine if additional recruitment of provider is necessary to meet access standards
- Work with office staff to collect necessary contract documents for submission at Basic Level
- Manage and service network providers within assigned territory according to established guidelines
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers to assure stable networks
- Work with internal and provider staff to coordinate resolution of provider and member issues
- Educate and train providers on policies and procedures when necessary
- Conduct orientation according to established guidelines
- Verify and monitor assigned network for accuracy
- Process facility changes and submit them timely to update internal systems
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management at Basic Level
- Ensure network compliance with annual Attestation requirements at Basic Level
- Conduct service calls and site visits as required by contract to ensure provider has no grievances with LIBERTY or assist with any concerns
- Review necessary contract documents for accuracy & completeness for submission at Intermediate Level
- Create and maintain DSO / Group Contracts at Intermediate Level
- Conduct external facing communication with client management and internal facing partners at Intermediate Level
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- High School or GED required
- Associate Degree preferred
- 1 year previous network management experience in Dental PPO or DHMO environment; dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, and / or customer service experience
Specific Skills / Knowledge
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skill sin English language; bilingual a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to negotiate fee schedules with providers
- Must be detail oriented, strong customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills at an Advanced Level
- Ability to identify problems, research issues and follow through until resolved at an Intermediate Level
- Medicaid or Medicare experience preferred
- Experience in processing provider contracts preferred
- Previous sales and customer service experience OR network management experience strongly preferred
Location
Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.
This position supports the Northeast and Central East regions of Florida. We are seeking candidates that reside in Florida (all year), and are located in or near Duval, Lake, or Volusia Counties.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience.
In addition to those factors we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.
Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
