If you are interested in a Business Systems Analyst position with an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production logic for the Pressure and Temperature (P&T) design engineering group.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Collaborate with engineers to develop the business systems logic that connects the product design from procurement to production
- Communicate with IT, global manufacturing, global product management and other functional groups about new designs or pending updates that impact production or customer expectations
- Route and manage updates to logic documents through PLM system
- Conduct analysis to determine any potential conflicts with other pending updates and determine which logic documents are impacted
- Monitor tasks through PLM system and follow up with others to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Establish lines of communication with others inside organization to ensure work coverage
- Team up with Business System Analysts to share best practices
- Become a subject matter expert on the change management process to help analyze the process, to drive process improvements and to train engineering staff on the process
