What we offer :
- Hourly Range : $21 - $24 (based on experience)
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday Saturday : alternating Saturdays)

Responsibilities :
- This role will report to the Warehouse District Manager
- Oversee the receiving, handling, storing & delivery of a specific inventory categories
- Supervise & participate-in daily activities including inventory control, space management, staging jobs for subcontractors, shipping product & customer service
- Ensure operating systems are efficient & consistently followed to meet general business demand
- Build strong relationships with warehouse team
- Meet quality & customer service standards
- Train & manage warehouse staff to solve day-to-day operational issues
- When applicable, manage daily delivery of product to jobsites in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain a safe & healthy work environment
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Inventory Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Management, or similar role.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Will need to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Ability to operate a forklift (REQUIRED)
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of general warehouse procedures & policies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Advanced time management, interpersonal skills & detailed oriented
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives / priorities accordingly
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional ethics
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations.
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
