What we offer :

• Hourly Range : $21 - $24 (based on experience)
• Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday Saturday : alternating Saturdays)

Responsibilities :

• This role will report to the Warehouse District Manager
• Oversee the receiving, handling, storing & delivery of a specific inventory categories
• Supervise & participate-in daily activities including inventory control, space management, staging jobs for subcontractors, shipping product & customer service
• Ensure operating systems are efficient & consistently followed to meet general business demand
• Build strong relationships with warehouse team
• Meet quality & customer service standards
• Train & manage warehouse staff to solve day-to-day operational issues
• When applicable, manage daily delivery of product to jobsites in a timely and safe manner
• Maintain a safe & healthy work environment

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Inventory Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Management, or similar role.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Will need to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
• Ability to operate a forklift (REQUIRED)
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of general warehouse procedures & policies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
• Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Advanced time management, interpersonal skills & detailed oriented
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives / priorities accordingly
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal & professional ethics
• A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
