WE ARE KO GROUP
We are KO GROUP and we are expanding our team. We are looking for an Administrative and Financial Manager ready to join a dynamic, motivated, and ambitious team.
We are active in the leisure and entertainment sector in Belgium, France, and Morocco. We operate trampoline parks under the KOJUMP brand and entertainment parks for children aged 2 to 10 under the KOMINI brand.
Our parks offer a unique customer experience for both parents and children.
We plan to make KO GROUP a leading international player by expanding our network of parks in several countries. KO GROUP is supported by Otium Leisure.
YOUR MISSION
1. General and Analytic Accounting :
o Supervision of the recording of daily accounting operations (purchases, sales, bank, etc.) by the accounting assistant
o Monitoring of customer and supplier accounts
o Bank account reconciliation
o Management of fixed assets and depreciation
o Management of monthly and annual closings
o Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
2. Management of Payments and Receipts :
o Preparation and validation of supplier payments
o Monitoring of customer receipts and follow-ups in case of delays, mainly with the managers of various sales points
o Management of cash flows and cash flow forecasts
o Optimization of payment and receipt deadlines
3. Payroll Preparation and Monitoring :
o Reception and verification of variable payroll elements
o Coordination of payroll preparation with the social secretariat / accounting office
o Coordination of social and fiscal declarations related to payroll with the social secretariat / accounting office
o Management of social benefits and contributions
4. Supervision and Management of the Accounting Assistant :
o Tasks allocation and monitoring of their completion
o Training and support of the accounting assistant
o Control and validation of accounting work performed
5. Budget Preparation and Monitoring of Budget Forecasts :
o Participation in defining financial objectives
o Participation in the preparation of annual and forecast budgets in connection with the group headquarters
o Monitoring of variances between forecasts and actuals
o Analysis of financial performance and recommendations
6. Management of Relations with Banks and Financial Institutions :
o Negotiation of banking conditions (loans, credit lines, etc.)
o Monitoring of banking operations and financial investments
o Management of relations with auditors and statutory auditors
7. Implementation and Monitoring of Internal Control Procedures :
o Monitoring of internal control procedures
o Continuous monitoring and improvement of financial processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree from a business school or in accounting
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in computer tools and accounting software
- Languages : Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
- Mastery of Belgian accounting and tax standards
- Ability to work in a team and supervise
- Rigor, organization, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
