What You Will Work On

Strategic Business Partnership :

• Act as a strategic business partner to client group leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals to drive scalable and sustainable growth and performance.
• Coach and support leaders through talent-related decisions, including workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, change management, and leadership effectiveness to ensure teams are set up for success.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and curiosity about Justworks' products and services
• Bring a customer-focused mindset to your partnership : understand how our HR tech solutions empower small businesses and leverage this knowledge to help leaders build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer value.
• Shape the future by identifying opportunities, addressing challenges before they surface, and delivering solutions that enable both people and business to grow with confidence.

As a People Business Partner, how results are achieved is paramount to your success. In this role, your foundational knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes are anchored in the following competencies :

Qualifications

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $137,500 to $151,250 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
