About Us : We are an exciting and dynamic Latin / Puerto Rican food truck based in the Brandon / Valrico area, dedicated to bringing authentic flavors and culinary excellence to our community.
As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and experienced cook to lead our kitchen team.
Position Overview : Are you a culinary maestro with over 5 years of experience in crafting delicious Latin cuisine? Do you have a ServSafe certification that showcases your commitment to food safety and hygiene?
If so, we want you to take charge of prepping and serving mouthwatering dishes that will delight our customers!
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : You will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional food quality.
- Food Preparation & Service : Prepare and serve a variety of traditional Latin dishes with precision and flair, ensuring every plate is a masterpiece.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene : Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the food truck and surrounding areas. Your dedication to hygiene will ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
- Organization & Inventory Management : Utilize your excellent organizational skills to manage kitchen equipment, keep track of inventory through the Square system, and ensure that all supplies are stocked and ready for service.
- Ownership & Pride : Take ownership of your work environment. Your pride in what you do will reflect in the quality of our food and service.
