Using inventory / order management electronic systems to perform on-site program replenishments and disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry and expediting, customer service call resolution, product returns, and backorder processing
Working within computer systems to access and follow standard operating procedures.
Proactively communicating with the supervisor any customer concerns and / or potential problems.
Effectively addressing customer concerns within established resolution timeframes.
Engaging in process improvement activities.
Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Education :
Must possess a High School Diploma / GED
Experience :
Previous inventory experience strongly encouraged.
Customer service experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Proven verbal, written and presentation skills.

Computer / software skills ( Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Working Conditions :
Works primarily in and around shipping / receiving docks, stock rooms, storage locations and laboratory environments.
Walking / standing may be required for up to 70% of the day.
May pass through areas where chemical-based allergens may be in use (such as penicillin, tetracycline, etc)
Able to lift, push and pull 30-50 pounds as required.
Able to use material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks.
Depending on area of building, personal protective equipment may be worn to include lab coats, coveralls, facemask and / or safety gloves.
