A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator to manage the appraisal order process in a mortgage lending environment.
Key Responsibilities : Monitor the status of appraisal orders for compliance with Appraiser Independence RulesPlace and track appraisal orders through an appraisal management systemMaintain the appraiser vendor panel and ensure data accuracy in the appraisal management systemRequired Qualifications : High School diploma or equivalency requiredSome college courses in Business or a related field preferred1-2 years of clerical or administrative support experienceExperience in a mortgage lending environment or appraisal practice preferredWorking knowledge of general office equipment and software
