Responsibilities : As an On-Call Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be a vital extension of our office after hours and on weekends.
Your dynamic role includes : Managing phone calls from our valued employees and clients Expertly rescheduling employee shifts and updating availability records in the NurseCore App Engaging in recruitment calls and facilitating new order intake beyond standard office hours Executing insightful reporting tasks assigned by the Success Manager or Area Vice President Upholding our AWESome company standards in every interaction Providing exceptional support to our team and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a smile Going above and beyond with any additional duties as needed Qualifications : To thrive in this position, you should bring : Education : A high school diploma is required;
an associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred. A college degree is highly valued. Experience : At least one year in a service-related industry, with a strong preference for medical staffing experience.
