Employment Type : Contract / Remote

Pay rate : $55-$59 / hr, DOE

Responsibilities :

Prioritize and manage the DPT product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and support) to ensure successful product development and execution.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, scope progress, and risk registers.

Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure the projects adhere to the company's quality standards, best practices, and methodologies.

Manage project changes, dependencies, and conflicts.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and post-mortems

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software product development.
• Proficient in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Proven experience managing a diverse software product portfolio and driving product strategy.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have :

• Certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM, is a plus.
• Knowledge in Client Strategic Portfolio Management is a plus.
