Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Requirements
Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative :
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
Must be licensed (Don't worry, we can help you with this!)

At Farmers, we offer a comprehensive training program designed to help you build and develop your skills. Plus, youll have continuous support from the Chicagoland District Office and the Agency owner.
2) Do I need any prior experience in insurance sales?
Not at all! You dont need any prior experience in insurance or sales. Well provide all the training and resources you need to succeed.
3) Will I need to be licensed?
Yes, but dont worryThe Chicagoland District will help you get all the licenses you need to hit the ground running.
4) Is this a commission-only role?
No way! We offer a base salary with uncapped commission potential and great bonuses, giving you plenty of financial security.
