Why Consider This Role :
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and developing his / her assigned clinical staff of Counseling Works.
The primary role is to support the Clinical Leadership Team in managing staff and providing feedback, supervision and consultation to clinicians.
This role combines clinical client hours, and supervisory administration hours. Approximately 28 hours will be dedicated to clinical hours with 6 hours dedicated to supervision and leadership weekly.
What You’ll Do : Supervision Duties :
Supervision Duties :
- Provide 1 hour per week of supervision feedback, encouragement, and support to each assigned provisionally licensed clinician
- Facilitate 90 minutes of group consultation per month
- Participate in weekly Clinical Leadership meeting to collaborate on company wide projects, staff management, and employee coaching
- Ensure successful communication between clinicians and leadership by understanding and following all policies and procedures of Counseling Works and providing clarification to clinicians as necessary
- Provide case consultation to clinicians upon request
- Support clinicians in reaching monthly and quarterly metrics goals; Provide coaching to clinicians on maximizing clinician schedules, prescribing treatment, and managing caseloads as needed
- Supervise a minimum of three (3) clinicians
- Other supervisory / related duties as assigned by Clinical Directors or Owner & Founder
Administrative Duties :
- Plan group consultations monthly
- Review, approve, and sign provisionally licensed clinician’s notes on a weekly basis in TherapyNotes
- Maintain supervision documentation for each supervision session
Quality Assurance :
- Complete annual performance reviews for supervisees
- Review clinician metrics monthly
- Perform clinical note audits on a monthly or quarterly basis to assess for relevant content, appropriateness, and adequate content for billing protocols
- Support implementation of streamlined and simplified administrative processes
Compensation :
- Clinical Supervisor compensation includes a split per clinical sessions, and an hourly administration rate equivalent to their average split
- Clinical Supervisor may participate in Counseling Works’ profit sharing bonus structure
- Annual compensation range : $75,000-$105,000 per year

Education Requirements :
PsyD with 5 or more years of professional experience in a related field
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- Ability to make decisions on behalf of Counseling Works with regards to clinical staff growth and development.
- Proactive in holding Clinicians accountable in managing their schedules and clinical duties via in-person or virtual check-ins.
License / Certifications : For this position we are seeking specifically a candidate who has a PsyD (required)
