Job Description
Allegis Global Solutions is seeking to hire a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Implementation Manager to join our Business Enablement team.
The purpose of the Business Enablement team is to redesign how work gets done at AGS. Our goal is to improve our cost model through work redesign, digital transformation and workforce optimization while maintaining our best-in-class Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee scores.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and implementing enterprise workforce transformation initiatives for large global organizations.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to our Global Head of Business Enablement and partner with stakeholders across the company to plan and implement workforce transformation initiatives, with a focus on offshore work migration strategies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project leadership skills and the ability to drive change across diverse teams and geographies.
Successful projects will have a direct impact on the productivity and scalability of our teams and position the company to more easily adapt to constantly changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of workforce transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Enablement team members, Finance and HR business partners to develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise workforce transformation.
- Partner with our Sr. Workforce Business Partners to build executable plans for workforce transformation including back-office design and optimization of global support models.
- Set-up and management of project scope, key milestones, governance, risk and issues, compliance, resource planning, progress reporting and escalation path.
- Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Remove project barriers through problem-solving, negotiation, open communication and direct influencing with senior stakeholders throughout the enterprise.
- Collaborate with Business Enablement Change Manager and Communications teams to ensure all workforce transformation efforts utilize proper change management strategies and result in a high degree of end-user adoption and satisfaction.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to inform transformation project recommendations, prioritization and decision-making.
- Propose and operationalize recommendations for enterprise workforce transformation based on best practices and industry benchmarks to other global organizations of similar size and service capability.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise workforce transformation or related field experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Implementation / Project Management role.
- Proven track record of implementing successful workforce transformation projects for large global enterprises.
- Knowledge and understanding of offshore work location models, benefits, challenges, risks and current trends.
- Experience designing program governance models.
- Knowledge and understanding of current digital trends and the ability to leverage AI, automation and enterprise technology to improve business outcomes.
- Experience in leveraging enterprise HRIS systems to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade C-suite leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated command of change management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to travel as needed (less than 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management (CBPA)
- Fluent in project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
- Proficient in the use of data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
- Knowledge of enterprise Finance / HR technology and related systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle, Salesforce etc).
- Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role with a Big 4 firm or similar (Accenture, Earnst & Young, Mercer, BCG, Bain or McKinsey).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Willingness to work in the office at least 3 days per week.
