Position Overview : The Superintendent is responsible for monitoring and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall coordination of the project and all related activities
- Develop and enforce safety protocols for construction sites
- Coordinate with contractors and other project personnel
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
- Ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Ensure quality control and environmental compliance
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the water, pipeline, and heavy civil construction industry
- Strong understanding of wet utility, wastewater, earthwork, concrete, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
