Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of with the instruction provided by Inventory Control Lead to maintain the production inventory accuracy, process inventory transaction, and assist in investigation of the inventory discrepancy root causes.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain inventory level and accuracy : Monitor Physical Inventory Scan results to ensure the accuracy of the floor loading data and aging server statusPerform the Physical Inventory Scan when the team is short staffed with the operatorsHelp other product leads locate the servers based on the inventory data
• Process inventory transaction : Coordinate the between-building transfers Coordinate the disassembly and rework job order transfers
• Identify the inventory discrepancy root causes : Assist in identifying the root causes for part discrepancies on server components with leads / managementAssist in identifying the root causes for server discrepancies from inventory count with leads / management
• Issue Resolution :
• Manage / escalate issues impacting team and communicate to team leads and managers.

What You bring

• High school diploma or higher in a related discipline
• Experience with computer system hardware assembly, test and / or quality control
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Experience with continuous improvement / lean programs is beneficial but not required
• Possess a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
• Ability to work with cross-functional team
• Ability to simplify issues / direction and communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of employees
• Ability to pull information together from numerous sources and consolidate into a plan / direction for the organization
• Ability to perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
