DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are looking for an Administrative Services Manager that will oversee calendar / schedule management, preparing correspondence, coordinating travel plans, and receptionist duties.
Specifically, we are looking for a high caliber candidate with an eye for detail supporting multiple executives with scheduling, event management, and project coordination.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement / tissue recovery organizations : New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services.
We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include :
- Plans travel arrangements, itineraries, and compiles expense reports.
- Assists with pickups / deliveries performed on site.
- Provides calendar and schedule management for leadership.
- Prepares correspondence such as memos, letters, and e-mails. Generates meeting minutes, agendas, and presentation materials.
- Provides support to Advisory Board Members and coordinates meetings / events.
- Coordinates new employee orientation for both full time and contracted employees.
- Performs receptionist duties such as screening incoming phone calls and inquiries as well as greeting visitors.
- Oversees the fleet vehicle program and associated programs.
- Travels to our Gray, TN office on an as-needed basis.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 5 - 7 years of administrative experience supporting leadership required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Comfortable in a Healthcare or Medical setting
- Demonstrated exceptional abilities in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion.
