We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our operations to new heights.

As General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

The GM will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, developing strategic plans, and implementing best practices to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate is a high-functioning individual who works with urgency, loves to own their job, and commits to its success.

They should have a strong business-to-consumer sales pedigree, HVAC knowledge is not mandatory but it is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to achieve profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
