Description
Manages operations of all acute and outpatient Therapy and Sleep Study Services in Southwest Washington. Works in collaboration with the Medical Directors and managers to direct day to day clinical operations.
Provides leadership direction in planning, implementing and promoting a culture of excellence in the respective practice, inter-professional teamwork, and patient outcomes.
Accountable for clinical quality and financial performance.

Required qualifications :
4-year college degree with emphasis in the health sciences. Or 2-year technical specialty degree with 3 years’ experience or equivalent education / professionally-related experience.
upon hire : Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Or
upon hire : Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Temporary Permit.
upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
upon hire : National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
5 years Total experience in Sleep Disorders and or Neurophysiology or Respiratory Therapy in a hospital setting.
3 years Management / supervisory role.
Preferred qualifications :
Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
