Job Description
This role is a blend of hands-on involvement and management responsibilities. You will learn all aspects of the back-office operations and will be responsible for specific types of operations.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate has extensive experience in HR and compliance, experience with process-oriented tasks, and strong employee relations skills.
Experience in managing payroll processing is a plus.
