Responsibilities
Communicates any preparations needed to the patient and communicates the information to all areas within surgical services.
Review physician orders and submit to IR / Cath per procedure protocol
Schedule recurring / STAT procedures
High volume patient / physician phone interaction
- Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of PC keyboard.
- Prior Radiology / Surgery scheduling experience
- Medical Terminology required.
Minimal data entry skills required.
