While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, ensures all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner;

maintains required safety, security and operational training; assures procedural and regulatory compliance; and makes safety, security and quality an integral part of every task, including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to) : -Plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and requirements to ensure demonstrated earned value performance.

  • Research, generate or review cost estimates of varying types including conceptual, budgetary, detailed take-offs, and feasibility.
  • Identifies project risks for qualification and quantification.-Update information in Earned Value Management system for periodic reporting.
  • Support Control Account Managers in execution of Earned Value Management duties.-Advises management of the status of work in progress, resource availability, and potential disruptions to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided on-time and at an optimal cost.
  • Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms resource supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule.
  • Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, regulatory, purchasing, engineering, etc.; schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders.

Minimum Qualifications : -Complete understanding of principles, concepts, and techniques in project cost accounting and project financial controls.

  • Skill and ability to perform complex professional tasks independently, and to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems.
  • Ability to recommend approaches for new or improved processes.-Ability to work with broad objectives, with latitude to determine the best way to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to lead certain aspects of a task or project.-Ability to train and mentor more junior staff.-Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.

Education and Experience Required : Bachelors' degree in appropriate discipline; however, a combination of education and relevant experience wherein the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the position’s duties and responsibilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.

The career level of the position will be determined by the years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;

after a candidate has been chosen. Highly Desired : PMP Certification, Experience with Deltek Cobra, or ANSI 748 Working Conditions and Physical Requirements (Sedentary) : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Sedentary Work Category - The employee exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
