As a Sales Training Expert, you will be an integral member of the Channel Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Field Marketing Team to develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs.
This role is responsible for creating and owning the sales methodology, designing training materials, and conducting train-the-trainer sessions to empower our sales teams.
The Sales Training Expert will also train Field Marketing Associates to ensure consistent delivery of the training content.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's sales methodology, incorporating best practices, industry standards, and company objectives.
- Design, develop, and update sales training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive modules, to support the training needs of sales teams.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for Field Marketing Associates, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver sales training to sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs that address sales performance gaps.
- Assess the effectiveness of sales training programs through feedback mechanisms, performance metrics, and ongoing evaluation, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, sales methodologies, and training techniques to continuously enhance and innovate sales training initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales processes, techniques, and tools, providing guidance and support to sales teams as needed.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to align training initiatives with sales goals, objectives, and strategies.
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales training strategies.
- Experience in train-the-trainer facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
