Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate :
- Work face-to-face with customers in a retail setting to promote our latest products, promotions, and offers
- Meet weekly for collaborative sales training, business mentorship, and skills development
- Promote positive interactions and sales with integrity with each retail interaction
- Work with a student mentality, open to constructive teaching and professional development
- Meet and exceed sales goals independently and collaboratively with a team
Qualifications for an Entry Level Sales Associate :
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability, weekend availability
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and with a team
- Passion for success and professional development
