CLD PR is currently seeking a standout candidate to join our Events Team as an Event Producer. Ideal candidates have extensive contacts, an extremely results-oriented mentality, and a proven body of work.
LA Based 6+ years experience in event production.
Requirements :
- Ideal experience includes extensive vendor contacts, creativity in ideation for brand marketing events, strong project management, and the ability to autonomously produce an event from ideation to post-production.
- Experience in sponsor procurement and sponsor relations is a huge plus.
- Budget forecasting, allocation, and management.
- Keep abreast of other brand event / marketing strategies to forecast incoming / outgoing event trends.
- Extremely strong negotiation skills for vendor, service, and venue contracts.
- Strong research and sourcing skills.
- Familiarity with permitting processes for event locations (venue, city, and state agency requirements).
- Manage and oversee onsite staff and vendors.
- Assist with proposals and pitch meetings.
- Maintain and manage client relationships.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Cross update team and client on all elements of event production developments.
