- ServiceDesk Leadership : Lead and manage a team of BMC Helix Service Deskprofessionals to ensure efficient and effective servicedelivery.
- TechnicalExpertise : Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in BMC HelixService Desk including configuration customization andadministration of theplatform.
- Documentation : Maintain documentation related to configurations processes andprocedures within BMC Helix Service Desk.
RequiredSkills andQualification :
- 4years of experience administering maintaining and developing BMCHelix IT Service ManagementSoftware.
- ITIL4 Managing Professionalcertification
- BMCCertified Professional certification BSc / BA inIT
- Bachelorin Computer Science or a relevantfield
