The Opportunity
The Audit Analyst II role is responsible for maintenance of the Audit Services SharePoint site, development and maintenance of reporting dashboards, preparation of departmental and audit committee reports, supporting departmental process improvement initiatives and assisting with risk assessment, audit plan reporting, resource staffing analysis, administration of TeamMate, and regulatory request support as part the Audit Services Audit Methodology & Operations team.

The Work Itself
- Build and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards for key departmental metrics
- Provide support for team SharePoint site
- Develop, configure and maintain custom web parts, document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections
- Create and maintain Forms and PowerAutomate workflows to streamline current processes
- Manage SharePoint end user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Support end users with SharePoint related issues
- Maintain departmental data tracking systems and related reporting
- Create presentation materials for Audit Committee and Regulators
- Prepare monthly and quarterly departmental reporting
- Develop ad-hoc operational reports
- Assist with preparation of the quarterly staffing analysis and related reporting for audit leadership
- Assist with administration of TeamMate+ (audit management system)
- User access, project set-up, troubleshooting and other functional needs
- TeamMate upgrades / patches, as necessary
- Create in-tool reports and dashboards
- Participate in various process improvement projects designed to meet departmental needs
- Provide other day-to-day operational support
- Responsibilities will also include assisting with
- Risk assessment and audit plan reporting
- On-going and quarterly dynamic risk assessment routines and process workflows
- Fulfillment of regulatory requests pertaining to Audit Services (including TeamMate replicas of audit workpapers)
The Skills You Bring
- 4-year college degree in related field
- 2+ years relevant work experience
- Prior audit experience welcomed but not required
- Audit, Risk or Compliance experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
- Experience with data analytics tools - ACL, Tableau and / or Power BI (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with PowerAutomate and Power Platform
- Detail-oriented, deadline driven, self-directed and organized
- Customer focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel both as an individual contributor and in highly interactive team environments
- Comfortable completing routine tasks as well as ad-hoc requests
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Able to understand risk and control concepts
- Limited travel required
