If hired, you will begin as a standard employee with the goal to quickly train and became a Shift Manager within 3-6 months
Requirements / Responsibilities
- Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant
- Encourage the team to deliver exceptional service
- Respond promptly to guest needs
- Train new hires and set the tone for each shift
- Act as a role model and team player
- Lead shifts and be a key holder
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Availability to work morning shifts (between 6am-5pm)
