Our client is a global advisory firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Accounting & Operations Department in the NYC office.
This role will be supporting the department as well as the senior level executives and heads. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of administrative assistance experience and the ability to multi-task and complete tasks.
This is a hybrid work schedule, 4 days on-site and 1 remote, from 8AM 6 : 00PM EST but must be flexible to work outside of standard hours.
Compensation is based on experience and goes up to $95k base plus built in overtime and a discretionary bonus with 100% paid benefits and other additional perks.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support to senior executives and department team throughout their daily operations
- Handle complex and ever-changing calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate international and domestic travel as needed
- Function as the liaison between various departments internally and high-level clients externally
- Prepare and oversee confidential documents, ensuring prompt submission and proper filing
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal events
- Produce detailed documents and presentations
- Support new business ventures and client relationships
- Process expense reports
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree needed
- 3 + years of administrative assistance experience, preferably in finance / accounting
- Professional and positive demeanor always
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and execute multiple tasks at once
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Punctual and dependable
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
