Job Description

Be a NYC legal recruiting expert. Strategic, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Able to own the process from start to finish. Creative and polished, especially when planning top-tier NYC summer events. Excited to work independently, but also plugged into a collaborative team.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience with experience in legal recruiting REQUIRED. Bachelor's degree REQUIRED. Able to commute 4 days on-site to the office in FiDi. Experience with summer associate or OCI recruitment. Comfortable in an individual contributor role with potential for an assistant later on.
