House Manager
Program Supervisor
Minimum Requirements
High school Diploma or GED
Basic Computer skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must pass BCI criminal record check
Must pass FBI criminal record check
Must pass Ohio SACWIS Alleged Perpetrator of Child Abuse / Neglect Search as well as Alleged Perpetrator Search of any other state resided in within the past five years
Must pass United States Department of Justice Sex Offender Search
12-14 months of experience in related field.
Job Responsibility :
1. Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction
2. Receives and resolved or assists the management in resolving residence complaints.
3. Responsible for performing daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
4. Ensures property and work areas are maintained to standard.
5. Builds strong working relationships and communications with Group Home staff.6. Cover shifts if staff members are absent.
7. Responsible for Providing effective leadership to Group Home team members.
8. Ensures effective, timely and accurate communications flow with regards to Group Home policies and procedures.
9. Must be available 24 / 7 in case to respond to any resident or employee emergencies.
10. Show capacity to perform other duties as assigned by the management.
11. Part of the disciplinary committee that sits on any case that involves employees under his / her supervision.
12. Play a part as needed in the interviewing and hiring of employee team members with appropriate skills
13. Identifies the developmental needs of group home staff and provide coaching, mentoring to improve their knowledge or skills as required
14. Nurture and care for children
15. Supervise the children before and after school.
16. Provide nutritious meals.
17. Be aware of each resident’s individual service plan and helps him work toward his goals
18. Administer medications to residents as necessary
19. Teaches daily living skills to youth.
20. Assist with doing laundry
21. Accurately fill out and sign medicine logs
22. Complete basic administration work
23. Ensure children have adequate supplies for home
24. Prepare children for school
25. Take children on field trips.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : Up to $3,500.00 per month
