Group Sales Coordinator

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Purpose Of Position :

To provide administrative support for Group Sales Managers and other sales staff members. The Group Sales Coordinator has strong organization and communication skills, is self-motivated and can prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities :

Group Sales Team Support :

• Manage and prepare resort service contracts on behalf of all Sales Managers
• Support initial and ongoing contact with clients to secure business
• Assist in prospecting and company research to support collective sales efforts
