Description
Impulse is looking for a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities in our Redondo Beach office.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors visiting Impulse
- Liaise with external vendors to address facilities maintenance items and office deliveries and distribution of mail
- Assist with planning social events, team building activities, holiday parties and culture events through-out the year
- Manage / order food and office supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years work experience
- Outstanding organization, communication, time management, and customer service skills
- Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
- Capable and willing to run company errands
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Demonstrated experience improving processes and working within an ambiguous environment
- Experience using SharePoint, Team and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in the new space industry
- Willing to work some overtime hours if needed
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
