Job Title : Construction Accountant - $55k-$65k

Requirements : 3+ Years Construction Accounting with Construction Accounting Software Experience (Sage, Timberline, Quickbooks, etc)

What You Will Be Doing

• Handle (generate and process) All Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Invoices
• Generate job cost reports and regularly communicate performance to interested parties, including the project manager
• Credit card reconciliation and reporting
• Function as the primary contact for expense report corrections and submission
• Verify construction project data entry into accounting system
• Work directly with the Construction Project Manager on billing from job sites

What You Need For This Position

• 3+ Years Construction Accounting Experience at a General Contractor
• Construction Accounting Software Experience a MUST (such as Procore, Textura, Build, Sage, Timberline, GC Pay, Quickbooks, etc.)
• Great Track Record of Strong Tenure *at least a few years per previous company*
• Bachelors Degree Required, preferably in Accounting
• GC Experience as a Construction Accountant a Must
