Essential Duties
- Lead and participate in the timely development and delivery of quality source code and software components using industry best practices to meet business and design requirements
- Drive overall technical solution design for several complex applications as defined by the software development team
- Analyze architectural requirements and ensure adherence to company's established architectural governance
- Identify architectural deficiencies and propose solutions for architectural governance review
- Facilitate design and code peer reviews and trade-off analyses
- Lead unit test code plan and provide mentorship to ensure proper test coverage is complete and administer effective cross-system integration testing
- Implement and advance quality assurance automation testing
- Perform cross-team and cross-platform integration design including the integration of external or third- party applications
- Maintain and enhance working knowledge of trends in software development, technological advancement, and how applications support the firm's industry and competitive positioning
Education & Experience
Master's degree from college or university; and ten years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates & Licenses
Experience and / or certification in Salesforce strongly desired.
Compensation : $130,000-$155,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
