Program dates : May 30 August 8, 2025. The Main Responsibilities Lumen’s Marketing organization is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Intern on our campaigns team.

The intern will be responsible for Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, paid media, and other campaign delivery methods.

The intern will have the opportunity to rotate through different areas of the team to gain exposure and understanding of all sectors of marketing campaigns.

Other responsibilities of intern will include but not limited to : Engage in internal and external activation across campaigns, focusing on sales-facing communications and customer-facing pieces.

Required qualifications : Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship Graduating August 2025 May 2027 Preferred fields include bur not limited to : Marketing, Journalism, Communications, PR, or Business.

Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 August 8, 2025) Proficiency and understanding of : MS Office Suite Data Analytics experience or exposure Core marketing principles Preferred qualifications Takes initiative and wants to learn Enjoys collaboration and works well in team environment Has the desire to be coached and mentored Comfortability interacting with leadership and presenting solutions Thinks outside the box to challenge the norm The ability to manage campaigns and operations end-to-end in a deadline-driven environment is emphasized across multiple roles Works to think of creative solutions to challenging problems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask while working in fast paced environment Customer first mindset Cross-functional Collaboration : Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align marketing campaigns and lead capacity is mentioned as an important skill Compensation Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience / qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range : Min : $21.00 / hour Max : $36.00 / hour What to Expect Next After completion and submission of your application, you will be asked to participate in a virtual video interview.

Salary Range Salary Min : 22 Salary Max : 35 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
