Job Title : Junior Business Analyst
Location : Hybrid - Chicago, IL
Target Start Date : November 11, 2024
Work Hours : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
In-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays. Flexibility may be required for additional onsite days.)
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience; or in lieu of a degree, 3-6 years of relevant business experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based applications.
Customer Experience : Proven ability to deliver a premier customer experience, including managing inquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
Electrical & Renewable Energy Knowledge : Understanding of basic electrical concepts (voltage, current, power, energy) and renewable energy principles.
Other Skills : Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety standards and regulations.
About the Role :
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL . In this role, you will work closely with customers and developers, efficiently processing applications and providing a premier customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst with a basic understanding of electrical concepts and renewable energy principles to support impactful business processes and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Efficiently process customer and developer applications for interconnection with accuracy and attention to detail.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with developers and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
Participate in project meetings, assisting in the identification of project risks and development of solutions.
Support testing of new systems or enhancements and assist in preparing training materials and user documentation.
