We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accountant to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Job Overview : The Automotive Accountant will be responsible for analyzing costs, maintaining cost accounting records, generating invoices, and managing vehicle title paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in title and billing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Cost Accounting :
- Analyze costs associated with vehicle sales, service, and parts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cost accounting records and reconcile accounts to ensure financial integrity.
Billing and Invoicing :
- Generate invoices for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions accurately and promptly.
- Verify billing information, including pricing, discounts, and taxes, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Title Processing :
- Manage vehicle title paperwork and ensure compliance with state regulations and dealership policies.
- Process title applications accurately and submit them to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
- Track the status of title transfers and resolve any issues or delays as needed.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in title and billing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
