ChefSuite , a full-service commercial cooking facility with private kitchens rented by restauranteurs for the preparation of food for pick-up and delivery, seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Line Cook at our Richmond, Virginia facility to prepare high-quality dishes while following set recipes and procedures.
You'll work alongside a team to ensure clean, safe, and efficient kitchen operations.
Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks :
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and portion control standards.
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Stock, label, and rotate ingredients to ensure proper food safety protocols.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications :
- Prior kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
