job summary :
Prepares and adjusts daily work schedule to ensure quality goods are manufactured, per assignedsampling plan. Performs standard quality test per assigned sampling plan and detailed procedures, provide results tomanagement using Excel and other software programs.
Prepares the necessary company forms and trend charts to communicate in support of lab inspectionfunctions. Report to Management as needed.
Perform incoming inspection for purchased items (Color Verification, Strength Testing, DimensionalChecks, etc.) Perform Dock Audits at set frequency, report findings to management.
Assists supervisors with quality issues due to Customer Complaints and / or Internal Findings. Aid with new product / process development, Plant and Research and Development Projects.
