Eliza at Chagrin, an Eliza Jennings Community, is hiring a full-time Staffing Coordinator , at its Retirement Campus located in Chagrin Falls.

Hours for the position are generally Monday - Friday from 8 : 30a.m. - 5 : 00p.m., with some flexibility required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to :

• Serve as the primary contact with perspective nursing department employees during the applicants’ interview and hiring process.
• Screen and interview STNA applicants.
• Participate in the new hire orientation for the campus as needed.
• Prepare schedules for nurses and STNAs within a timely fashion.
• Determine daily staffing assignments for nurses and nursing assistants.
• Coordinate coverage when nursing department employees call off.
• Conduct pre-hire checks on applicants for the campus.
• Maintain attendance records for nursing
• Review nursing timecards
• Post shifts, create schedules, and review pick-ups in AOD
• Post to agency dashboards
