What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead and manage exciting transportation engineering projects from start to finish.
- Design roadways, intersections, and multimodal solutions that make a real impact on how communities move.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable designs.
- Ensure your designs meet state and federal regulations , while pushing boundaries with creative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, shaping the future talent in transportation engineering.
What We’re Looking For :
- A PE license and at least 5+ years of experience in transportation engineering.
- Deep understanding of roadway design and traffic engineering principles.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, MicroStation , and other industry tools.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
