Billing Specialist
On site- White Plains, NY
Direct Hire
$60-$65K plus bonus
Responsibilities :
- Monitor billing changes and maintain billing case queue.
- Supporting billing related tasks in fast paced environment.
- Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)
- Assist with billing and billing reconciliations.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
- Issue credits / refunds whenever needed
- Assist the AR manager and billing team with organizational projects and other tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of billing experience
- Advanced knowledge of excel- Pivot Tables & Vlookups
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with large amounts of data
