Non-Profit Senior Accountant

Beacon Hill Financial just teamed up with a great non-profit located in DC looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

This position will be working heavily with the organizations grants management and handling grants classification. Below is the job description.

Job Description :

• This position will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of financial and grant accounting analysis / reports, journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate and maintain general ledgers and operating fund accounts.
• Reconciles bank statements, accounts reconciliation, and other reports.
• Assists in the annual external, Uniform Guidance, and other sponsor audit process.
• Financial analysis of grant accounts to ensure compliance with spending, invoicing, financial reporting, and closeout.
