Salesforce Systems Analyst
Contract Length : 12-month contract (renewable)
Location : Temple Terrace, FL (US-based)
Work Setup : Hybrid (In-office Tuesday / Wednesday, 2 days per week)
Our Telecommunication Connect team is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of sales and operations systems that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.
As a Salesforce Systems Analyst, you'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and improve business processes through technology solutions.
Salesforce Systems Analyst Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business units to gather and document system requirements
Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM and ERP systems
Assist in testing, deployment, and user adoption of new systems and features
Create and maintain system documentation and user guides
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper system integration
Support user acceptance testing and training initiatives
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Assist in managing vendor relationships and system updates
Salesforce Systems Analyst Qualifications :
Required :
3-5 years of experience in salesforce
Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Product Owner certification such as CSPO or SAFe POPM
Preferred :
Salesforce certification
Experience with SAP
Background in telecommunications industry
Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis
Experience with project management tools
