This is a hybrid position. The incumbent Senior Mechanical (MEP) Engineer / Designer will work from home 3 days per week, and work in our office, or at a client site, 2 days per week.
What You Will be Doing :
- Preparation / review of HVAC drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations.
- Provide oversight of HVAC support staff.
- Provide construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
- Provide exemplary service to team members and clients.
To Qualify for Application :
The successful Senior Mechanical (MEP) Engineer / Designer candidate should have :
- 7+ years’ experience in MEP design / consulting
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in public safety, educational, and commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards
- Demonstrated interaction with clients in meetings or presentations
Preferred Qualifications Include :
- Professional Engineering Licensure in Oregon or Washington.
- Working IES Energy Modeling software knowledge
Interface Benefits and Perks :
- Highly competitive total compensation packages. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 annually.
