job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per Allied Universal and client guidelines. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. As a Security Professional - Industrial Patrol - Full Time in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, assist with access control, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
