Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Arbitration Strategy team by coordinating meetings, managing emails, and maintaining electronic filesReview and update documents related to arbitration and collaborate with various departments to resolve issuesOrganize documents and reports for evaluation and complete special projects as assignedRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationExperience in physician healthcare reimbursement and understanding of revenue cycle managementSome college preferred in health administration, business administration, finance, or a related fieldStrong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and proficiency in ExcelKnowledge of medical billing guidelines, reimbursement, and complianceAbility to work with confidential information and demonstrate HIPAA compliance
